The product packaging on these items is changing. The new design is a black box, and the pens themselves have a black barrel rather than white.

The new pack designs of fabric care products are now available. Colour Run Remover and Ultra Whitener are the same product and pack size. Curtain Whitener is the same product but now in a larger 3 sachet pack. Lingerie Whitener is a completely new formula - each pack contains two 't-bag' type sachets..

Curtain whitener is temporariliy unavailable due to a pack size change. The new pack will be added to the website shortly.
Fabric paint is now available in large 500ml bottles. Colours available are red, green, blue, yellow, black and white.
The Bright Colours pack of five pens is now known as Standard Colours. The colours are identical, just the name has changed.
All of the black label stain removers have been discontinued by the manufacturer, and we do not have any stock left.
The range of Lady Esquire and Punch leather dyes is being revised. These will eventually all be rebranded in 'Dylon' packaging, however we currently have stocks of both Punch and Dylon types.
When purchasing, please note that the Dylon and Punch types are NOT compatible, so if using several packs, make sure these are all of the same type.
Despatch of orders is NOT affected by the recent bad weather. However some orders may take longer than usual to arrive due to delays within the delivery network, or local problems.
Following the Christmas and New Year holidays, in-stock items will be despatched within 48 hours of payment.
Items showing as out of stock should be available again by mid-January.

Shade Creator is no longer available, however you can use the White fabric paint to acheive the same results.

Royal Mail have recently changed the way in which mail is priced. Most postage rates on the site remain the same, however we have had to increase postage for Shoe Colours when ordering a small quantity of this item. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this - the prices charged do reflect the actual cost to us.

The Machine Dyes are currently being replaced with a new 40 degree range. The usage instructions are essentially the same, however the new range is used at the lower temperature of 40 degrees. We still have stock of some colours in the previous 60 degree range, but once these are sold, all machine dye orders will be the new 40 degree type.
