When returning items, please include your full name, address, order number and date of purchase. This is very important - if you do not include this information, it will be extremely difficult or even impossible for us to identify who has returned the item.
Please use the original packing to return items where possible. Alternatively, please ensure that the items are returned in a strong box and are packed securely. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged on their way back to us.
Where items are damaged when you receive them, or prove to be defective in some way after receipt, we will refund the amount paid for the items and shipping costs.
Alternatively you may request a replacement, which will be sent to you for no additional cost. In either case, the cost of returning the broken item to us will also be refunded.
If you decide that an item is not required or not wanted, the amount paid for the item and shipping costs will be refunded, provided that you notify us within 10 working days of receiving it.
You must also return the item to us in the same condition you received it. We do not refund the cost of returning the item to us in these cases.
Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays in the UK are not classed as working days.
If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be made to that card. Other refunds are issued by cheque.
